The Ambassador of Canada to the African Union calls for synergies between the G7 and the next Interregional Dialogue on Education and Development organized by OBREAL

The Ambassador of Canada to the African Union, Ben Marc Diendéré, is convinced and excited about the possibility of creating synergies between the G7, organized by Canada in 2025, and the 3rd Interregional Dialogue organized by OBREAL, also in 2025.

In this interview, Mr. Diendéré explains the importance that South-South cooperation in the framework of Education has for Canada. He says, in fact, that Education is “a cornerstone of every part of the development. If people are educated, if you have a framework for education… you can’t fail”. In this regard, he is struck by the debates that OBREAL has managed to generate through the two editions of the Interregional Dialogue on Education and Development in Latin America, Africa, and the Caribbean.
