📝 Important Notes

📍 Each person may register for only one city, according to their area of interest.
💰 Travel, accommodation, and meal expenses will be covered by each participant.
📦 Information regarding transportation and logistics will be provided once the visits are confirmed based on the number of registrations.
⏳ Registration will close for the visits to the Colombian regions on Monday, September 15, 2025.
✅ Visit confirmations will be sent on September 19, 2025.
🤝 Based on the registered participants — and provided that a minimum number of participants per city is reached — the meeting spaces and participation formats will be organized.
