Join the webinar series, a set of virtual meetings leading up to the interregional event to be held in Bogota in 2025.
These webinars establish a space for dialogue and cooperation that seeks to strengthen relations between Colombia, Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa, exploring topics such as education, sustainability, and social and economic development.
This series of webinars paves the way for the Third Interregional Dialogue on Education and Development between Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa, laying the groundwork for a constructive exchange to take place in October 2025.
Objectives
Strengthen bilateral and multilateral relations between Colombia, Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa.
Identify opportunities for cooperation in trade, investment, education, research and innovation.
Promote cultural exchange and greater understanding between regions.
Promote collaboration on key issues such as climate change, food security and sustainable development.
Audience
Governmental entities of CELAC and African Union member countries.
Higher education and research institutions.
University associations, private sector representatives and development-focused NGOs.
International and multilateral organizations that promote African Union-CELAC cooperation.
