The Interregional Dialogues between India and SouthAmerica return on 19 November.

OBREAL Global together with the Brasilian Association for Higher Education (FAUBAI) and Symbiosis International University, are pleased to invite you to the third session of the OBREAL Global’s Interregional Dialogue between India and South America that will take place on 19 November 2021.

The Interregional Dialogue series have been designed as a key feature of OBREAL Global’s activities to connect partners in different regions of the world and to explore themes of common and emerging interest in higher education from an interregional perspective.

On this occasion, we will discuss internationalisation of the curricula and new ways to enhance South-South-North cooperation.

We have divided this session into two parts, the first part will be a policy discussion between Mónica Marquina from the National Council of Scientific and Technical Research of Argentina -CONICET- (Argentina) and N.V. Varghese from the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration -NIEPA- (India), chaired by Aziz Tuffi Saliba from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (Brazil). The second part of the webinar will focus on institutional challenges in both regions and will be addressed by Anita Patankar, Director of the Symbiosis School for Liberal Arts -SIU- (India) and Pablo Beneitone, Professor in the Universidad de Lanús (Argentina).

It will be a great occasion to learn more about both regions and their institutions and challenges and to enhance and support bridges and links between both regions.

Participation is open and free of charge. Interpretation will be available in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
