On November 23rd took place the seminar “Latin America and the Caribbean and the Future Horizon Europe Program” organized by the EU-LAC foundation.
This seminar was attended by the following panelists:
- Rita Lecbychova, (Directorate General for Research and Innovation and International Cooperation, European Commission)
- Nicolás Patrici (OBREAL-Global Observatory)
- Claudia Romano (Uruguayan Agency for International Cooperation and NCP Latin American and Caribbean Network)
- Maria Alejandra Davidziuk, Ministry of Science and Technology of Argentina and NPC of Marie-Sklodowska-Curie and Horizon 2020)
During this event, the panelists talked about the possibilities that the Horizon Europe project represents for Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean.
In addition, the path of this European project was presented, from the present Horizon 2020 to the future Horizon Europe.
The panelists also discussed the accessibility of information on this project, especially in certain Latin American regions.
The seminar also discussed the need to foster the technical and administrative capacities to participate efficiently in the Horizon Europe project.
