This virtual dialogue event was an official pre-summit event for the European Union-African Union Summit organised by OBREAL Global and European University Association – EUA –It shared different experiences and examples of Africa-EU collaboration in higher education, but also pointed out the importance of continuing to invest in enabling frameworks and capacity development at different levels.
