In the framework of a study visit of the SUCCESS project to Barcelona, between 10 and 14 October 2022, a delegation of the participating universities from the Balkans was received by OBREAL. The universities represented were the following:
- University of Novi Sad (Serbia)
- University East Sarajevo (Bosnia-Herzegovina)
- Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar (Bosnia-Herzegovina)
- University of Tuzla (Bosnia-Herzegovina)
- University of Montenegro (Montenegro)
- Turgut Ozal Education SHA – Epoka University (Albania)
- University of Vlora “Ismail Qemali” (Albania)
- University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi” (Albania)
The meeting served to present the interregional dialogues that OBREAL leads in different regions of the world and also to show the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Barcelona. In this sense, OBREAL accompanied the Balkan delegation to visit the Barcelona Science Park, the StartUB Lab of the University of Barcelona and the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, among other reference centres.The delegation also had the opportunity to get to know the Economic Development Agency of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona and visit its headquarters.
