On 19 April, the National Erasmus Office from Tunisia conducted a monitoring visit to the NEPREV project.
This meeting between the National Erasmus Office from Tunisiai and the NEPREV Project Management Team took place virtually due to the international health crisis caused by COVID19.
At this meeting it was confirmed that the project is progressing well. The development of the deliverables, the impact of COVID on the project and the certification of the Master by the Ministry were contrasted. At the same time the next steps of the project and the expected dates of the next outputs were presented
About NEPREV
NEPREV is a capacity building project in higher education co-funded by the Education, Culture and Audiovisual Executive Agency (EACEA) from the European Union under the Erasmus + KA2.
The Project aims to setting up a multidisciplinary joint master program open to Tunisian, European, and African participants and dedicated to the Next Production Revolution: confluence of digital technologies (e.g. 3D printing, the Internet of Things, advanced robotics) new materials (e.g. bio- or nano-based), new processes (e.g. data-driven production, artificial intelligence).
NEPREV project is expected to help to reinforce the role of Tunisian universities in connecting with their socioeconomic environment and bridge the gap between academic research and industry.
