Engaging in discussions about nutrition, gastronomy, or the science of food with our latest partners

The OBREAL team recently convened with representatives from Colombia’s Fundación Universitaria Área Andina and the Universidad del Istmo, both of whom are our most recent partners.

During a visit to the nutrition faculty at the Universitat de Barcelona, our new partners and OBREAL staff had the opportunity to meet with Professor M. Carme Vidal, the Faculty’s Director.

A meeting in which discussions about nutrition, gastronomy and science of the food were had. All parties actively explored potential avenues for collaboration within these domains.
