Jointly organized as a prelude to the 14th WTO Ministerial Conference (26 – 29 March 2026) by the WTO Chair at the Institut des Relations Internationales du Cameroun (IRIC), the University of Yaoundé II and Obreal under the patronage of the Minister of Trade of Cameroon.

The high-level conference gathered high-level authorities from the Government of Cameroon and other WTO member governments, prominent representatives from the World Trade Organization, including H.E. Dr Xiangchen Zhang, Deputy Director-General of the WTO, representatives of the WTO Chairs Programme (WCP) from all regions of the world as well as members of its Advisory Board, authorities of the Pan African University (PAU), representatives of Obreal and invited experts.
