Obreal promotes sustainable tourism training for students in Cape Verde and Angola

Obreal, within the framework of the SUSTurismo international cooperation project, is promoting a series of training courses in sustainable tourism for students from Cape Verde and Angola.

Els resultats i les experiències d’aquestes formacions es van presentar el passat 29 de novembre a la III Trobada Internacional del Projecte SUSTurismo. En aquesta trobada, el consorci del projecte va reafirmar el compromís amb una formació de qualitat, la col·laboració internacional entre universitats, empreses i comunitats locals, i l’impacte positiu en les comunitats implicades en el turisme sostenible a Angola i Cap Verd.

In this sense, the results of the quality reports developed so far were presented. These tools have been key to evaluate and improve internal processes, ensuring alignment with project objectives and beneficiaries’ expectations.

A més, estudiants de diferents procedències que ja han participat d’aquestes formacions en turisme sostenible van explicar la seva experiència. Uns testimons que van servir per a discutir suggeriments i lliçons apreses que s’usaran per a enfortir formacions futures.

Through initiatives such as this one, Obreal strengthens higher education in Africa while contributing to the sustainable development of this continent. Two fundamental pillars of the organization’s vision and mission.
