Obreal participates in the Annual Meeting of African Science Academies
Obreal took part in this year’s Annual Meeting of African Science Academies (AMASA), organised by the Network of African Science Academies. The meeting brought together representatives of science academies, experts and institutional stakeholders to discuss the role of science in addressing key challenges across the African continent.
As part of the programme, Obreal chaired a session on Early Warning Systems, contributing to discussions on proactive and sustainable approaches to evidence-informed decision-making. This participation provided an opportunity to share perspectives aimed at strengthening scientific cooperation and knowledge exchange across regions.
